Love zucchini fritters? This recipe is a great alternative with simple ingredients and zero deep-frying required. And did we mention the Creamy BBQ Sauce? Oh my! It pairs so well with the zucchini fries! It’s like a match made in heaven! Whip it up with just a few sauce ingredients and serve it as a dip.
Whether you’re feeding a busy family or hosting a game night, these Crispy Zucchini Fries served with Creamy BBQ Sauce are sure to be an instant hit. They boast the crispy perfection of classic french fries, without all the guilt. The short cooking time makes them a perfect choice for even the most time-crunched cooks.
The key to their crispy texture lies in the triple dredging process. Don’t skip the flour coating and jump right to the egg and breadcrumb mixture – the flour helps the breadcrumbs adhere and creates an extra crispy layer. Speaking of the breadcrumbs, feel free to experiment with different flavors! Panko breadcrumbs add a light and airy texture, while Italian-style breadcrumbs offer a denser chew.
Got leftovers? No problem! Store them in a freezer bag or an airtight container and reheat them in the oven or air fryer for a quick and satisfying snack. Next time you’re craving something crispy and delicious, give this recipe a try. You won’t be disappointed! So grab your zucchini, crank up the oven, and get ready to experience a great recipe that’s as easy to make as it is delicious. Happy cooking!

It is listed in the above instructions, #5. To make the creamy BBQ Sauce, just mix BBQ Sauce and Mayo. Use the same amount of BBQ sauce as mayo!
